RESHAPING YOUR STRAW HAT
Travel can sometimes flatten the brim of your straw hat. To reshape it, rest the hat on a flat surface for a few hours, then place books on top with a cloth in between. For overall reshaping, use low steam with a cloth barrier, reshape by hand, and rest the hat with weight if needed. To reshape the crown, apply steam and support it with a cloth while it dries. Avoid saturating the hat with water to prevent damage.
